Did I do a good job on your renovation/repair/build?
If you think I did a good job on your renovation or build and would happily refer me on, please consider doing so online. There are three ways you can do this; all of them are quick, simple and completely free.
Please consider taking the time to do one (or more) of the following:
Write a Review on Google
If you're happy with what I've done for you, please consider doing this for me. It will only take a few minutes. Here are the instructions.
- Open a new browser window and go to Google Maps Australia (http://maps.google.com.au/) and search for "Construct-Right".
- Click on the Construct-Right listing on the left hand side (if you see two, please ensure you click on the one with the Construct-Right logo with the Paddington address).
- An information box will pop up on the map. Click on "more info".
- You'll be taken to Construct-Right's Google Maps listing. Scroll down to the reviews section and click on "write a review" (it's to the right of the "Reviews" heading).
- You'll need a Google account to write a review. You may already have one if you use Gmail or another google service, otherwise you'll need to create an account. Don't worry, it's very simple to set up and you won't need to ever use it again if you don't want to.
- Once you've signed in or created an account, follow the instructions and write a review. It can be as short or as long as you wish, either way it will help me get more business online.
Tag me in a map on Google
Most people don't realise this, but you can customise your own maps on Google. For example you might take a map of Brisbane and mark any places that are of interest to you. If you mark Construct-Right as being of interest to you, our listing on Google Maps will get pushed a little further towards the top of the list of builders. If you have some time to try this, here are the instructions to do so:
- Open a new browser window and go to Google Maps Australia (http://maps.google.com.au/) and click the "My Maps" link at the top of the left hand column, then click on the "Get Started" button under the embedded video.
- You need to be signed in to a Google account to do this. If you already have a Google account (i.e. if you use Gmail or another Google service) you can sign in using that, if not, you'll need to create an account and start again from step one. Don't worry though, it's easy to create an account and you won't need to use it ever again if you don't want to.
- Once you're signed in you'll be taken back to the last step, click on the "Get Started" button again.
- Two text input boxes will appear. These are for the title and description of your map. You might want to call your map "My Map" or something similar, and the description might be "Places of interest around Brisbane". Also make sure you leave the privacy and sharing settings on "Public".
- Click "Save" and then "Done" at the top of the left hand column. The save option may be unavailable, as it will auto-save every now and then. If that is the case, just press done.
- Now you'll just be back at the maps home-page. Simply search for things you want to add to the map (i.e. places of interest to you) and click on "save to..." next to the listing.
- Choose "My Map" (or whatever you called your map to start with) and you're done!
- To find Construct-Right on the map, search for "Construct-Right" and click on the listing that contains an image of the logo and is located in Paddington.
Link to me from your website or blog
If you have a website yourself, especially if you use it for business, you probably understand the power of getting links to your website. Linking to my website from anywhere on your website or blog will help me out more than you may realise. If you want to be really nice, please consider using anchor text similar to "Brisbane Builder".
